Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is the main airport serving Cabo. For the best rates, we recommend booking your flight between February and March 2027. If you have a Costco membership, you can usually find great Flight + Transportation combo deals as well.

  • Customs

    • Either before landing or upon arrival, you may be asked to complete an immigration form before proceeding through immigration. Be sure to pack a pen so you do not have to wait in line to borrow one!

      Only one form is typically needed per family. Helpful information to have readily available includes:

      • Your arriving flight information

      • Your passport number

      • The address of your accommodations in Cabo

    • After you’re done with your form, you will go through the customs line. You will be asked to tap a button, which will decide if you have been randomly selected for a search.

TRANSPORTATION

We highly recommend pre-booking a private round-trip airport transfer. Your driver will meet you outside the terminal and take you directly to your resort without waiting for other passengers or making additional stops. If you’re not in any rush, shared transfers are also a great budget-friendly option!

When you get through customs, keep walking through the sea of taxi drivers. Once you’ve made it to the outside bar, you’re in the right place to start looking for your driver.

  • Tips

    • Make sure to check the email from your transportation company. They will tell you where to meet them and what to look for.

    • Most companies will be located near the outside bar.
